I don't think deleting the applications can affect the calling feature.
Are you sure its not just that you don't have a signal?

I removed the folders in bitpim and the demos no longer work, but how do we remove the actual links in the phone menu itself?

If you will follow steps 9 & 10 they should be gone...

9. Now click on the folder /ams/ There should be a file named "_folder_db_"     Delete it

10. Restart Phone

Good Luck and Happy Hacking!

hey fellow hackers, umm, i got one question here... when i deleted the demo games, both in /LGAPP/Media/Java/ams and in rms, after rebooting my phone, i noticed that the games were still there... i mean, they are now unplayeable, so i know they are gone, but it seems like the icons are still there... anyone know how to remove these game icons??? ive tried, but it seems that i cant get really around into deleting these icons.. many thanks for any future help

Works for me. Thanks!

Question: Would anyone know how to adjust the shortcut menu or main menus icons? Even though the program is removed, the icons are still there. I use the Rogers TU915.

It would be sick if we can change the shortcuts menu on the Rogers TU915.

Is it possible to put the Voice Command in that shortcut??

Hey jadewong, what applications did you install to your Rogers TU915?
Is it free to use Opera Mini and Mobile GMaps on the phone after using this hack?
