SORRY ALL, I'VE REACHED THE 20 FILE PER POST LIMIT!!  I HAVE ZIPPED UP ALL THE OLD DIALPADS INTO ONE FILE.

1/27/09: EACH OF MY DIALPADS WILL FULLY LISTEN TO EXTINTSETTINGS.XML, INCLUDING TIME FOR AUTOLOCK OR AUTOLOCK ON/OFF.  ALSO, THE DIALPADS WITH MODIFIED BUTTON AS THE CALL AT THE BOTTOM NOW HAVE A LOCK SCREEN (MARIO/BLUE ICE/ETC)

Currently, there are NO GUIDES/TUTORIALS on making or editing these dialpads so please DO NOT ASK. If one becomes available you will see it in the tutorials section (either here or in another thread). Otherwise if you have the know how, then feel free to mod away. For the time being, you can still make requests here, and we will get to them as soon as we have the time. Once your dialpad has been created your post will be removed to keep this thread clean.

To everyone: Please make sure you READ this announcement before making your post(s). The authors of these dialpads are working very hard for you. So please help them, help you, by providing thoughts and suggestions that would help them make it better. Any posts made hereafter not providing any significance/relevance such as: good job, will try tonight, etc. will be removed to keep the post clean and open for bug(s) reports and update status(es).

Note: To view the dialpads without putting it on your phone, do this: download the file to your desktop or wherever, right click and then open with, select either firefox or internet explorer (make sure you have flash player plugin install -- it's free so google it if you don't have it). Right click and press play if you don't see anything but a black screen.

Also: Some of the dialpads do not work with the large font so if you don't see anything switch to the small fonts.

NO MORE POSTS UNLESS IT'S A REQUEST FOR A NEW STYLE, OR CHANGE TO A PREVIOUS ONE. OR A BUG REPORT

ANY COMPLIMENTS/DISCUSSION CAN BE DONE THROUGH PRIVATE MESSAGE.

LCARS Dialpad

I've fixed it, and it's ready for release! Note that I may update it and make it better, just like how I did with the LCARS theme. Wink

Implemented producingyou's battery button to go back to the Dialpad selector.  Smiley

Instructions for setting a Defualt (favorite) Dialpad
.

Your dialpads.txt file needs to look like this
----------------------------------------------
1
dialpad1 <<-- THIS IS YOUR DEFAULT DIALPAD
dialpad2
dialpad3
etc.
----------------------------------------------

Also replace the words dialpad# with whatever the name of the dialpad theme is.

Look at the test dialpads.txt file and it should make it clearer.

The dialpads will now listen to the EIP settings and the KNOWN BUG should be taken care of.

The landscape clear/back button is still not yet fixed by the way.

Im still trying to learn more about these dialpads but I was able to make that Ed Hardy one and also one I call Fiyah to go with my screenlock. Only thing, I dont know how to add the battery icon part to open up the dialpad loader to rechoose a dialpad but these still work. Let me know about any issues with these if any.
