Sure, have you tried some of the solutions listed on the first page?  Hmm, try taking the SIM Card out and holding together the call hardkey and the end hardkey for about 20-30 seconds. If that doesn't work, then see if you can connect (follow on the main post where it says: Method A - Method D) To EFS and then try the grcobb method of restoring your phone back to the original state (also found on the main page, where it says: This is basically a factory reset for the phone.

I was having the same problem with the dog/blue screen. I followed and did everything to a T and nothing would work. I kept on getting an error 28 in EFS which I found was there wasn't enough memory to have the LGAPP_bad folder and the new LGAPP folder. So to actually get this blue screen fixed I had to do what the instructions told me not to do. I had to delete the entire LGAPP folder, the _bad one, and then put the new downloaded LGAPP folder that I had downloaded onto the phone. This fixed it and made it like it was brand new from the box.

***Note: I had also received a "re-flashing..." screen while I was working on the phone. This screen, like the IMEI screen, also lets you use EFS and view the files on the phone.

Your lucky that you didn't brick your phone when replacing the LGAPP folder, because some of the files are read only. But glad to see it got fixed  Wink

Have you done any mods to the phone whatsoever? If you haven't, then i would suggest taking it to AT&T and say you dropped it. You may need to pay a fine though. ONLY If you haven't done any mods, bring to AT&T.

Hmm, pmapp.c doesn't ring a bell in the LGAPP folder. It may be possible that you damaged the internal settings of the phone.

what do you mean you can't connect to EFS?  Try turning your phone on then you can hold down the four hard keys on the side until you get to the gang image screen.   then connect to EFS and replace ONLY the files you've worked with
