This is....AWESOME!  Great job!

A couple of things, I also deleted the corresponding folders in the rms folder and backup folder, just to be safe.

Also, I was looking for a file named "_folder_db_ Delete It".  In fact there is none, you need to delete the file named "_folder_db_".

Just to make it easier on people, here are the folders that were on my phone, may be different on yours:
M000 Mobile E-mail
M001 Billboard??
M002 XM Radio
M003 Music ID (I think)
M004 InStyle
M005 MySpace
M006 Weather
M007 Movies
M008 Bejeweled
M009 Jewel Quest
M010 NY Nights
M011 Midnight Pool
M012 World Series of Poker

All the apps/games I installed were in the M020's.

Thanks again!

Thanks for the info, I included this as an optional step in the directions.

Sorry about that, I changed the formatting to clear things up.

No it will not connect to Bitpim. Well I took the sim card out and I got it to connect without sim card. Sim card works fine in my old phone

Yea it didnt work either. I did notice that everytime I go back into the file system numbers 006, 007, 010 are always there with only file -env- I can keep deleting them but they keep coming back. In ams in the rms only the number is there no files found in there. PM sent to you
